Terms and Conditions

MixMix Rewards works in one direction, from a question to an offer. You give us your mobile number, we text you a link to a short survey about your visit, and when you finish it we text you a code for a discount you can use at the register.

There are two kinds of messages, and they are not the same agreement:

• Survey and offer messages. When you submit your number you receive a one-time message with your survey link, and a follow-up message with your offer code once you complete it. These are the messages you asked for by submitting the form.
• Marketing messages. Recurring promotional messages about specials and offers. These are optional. You get them only if you check the separate, unchecked box on the sign-up form.

Survey and offer messages are triggered by you: you receive two messages per survey you request, one with the link and one with your code. If you opt in to marketing messages, you will receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. MixMix Rewards is free to join, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check with your carrier if you are unsure of your plan's charges.

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages unless you sign up again.

You may also text END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or email us at our support address, and we will remove your number.

Reply HELP to any message and we will reply with contact information for support.

You do not have to agree to marketing messages to buy anything from us, to answer the survey, or to receive the offer you earned by completing it. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you enter, or have the account holder's permission to use it. The program is available on mobile numbers in the United States. Do not enter someone else's number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control, so we cannot promise that every message arrives or arrives promptly. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other US carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so we do not message the person who receives it next.

One offer is issued per mobile number per survey. The link we text you works once and expires, and the offer code has an expiration date shown when it is issued. Offers have no cash value, cannot be combined with other discounts unless we say so, and cannot be replaced if lost after redemption. We may change or end the program at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: we do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the revised terms.
